IntelliSoft’s trainers are an integral part of your professional services team.  Training sessions are directly aligned with the phases of your project plan for a relevant, highly focused approach to onboarding.

The Intellisoft Classroom is a personalized learning space created for each customer. The content is based on the products you will be working with. Each course includes a training guide, video tutorial and quizzes. Users train at their own pace. IntelliSoft can provide progress reports to Supervisors to assist with tracking and managing the user’s progress.

IntelliSoft uses a “train the trainer” approach. We train your Power Users, who will then be assisted by your InteliSoft Customer Success Manager (CSM) during the various configuration phases of the project.

Your trainer and CSM will provide you with all the tools you need to make the most of your partnership with IntelliSoft.
