Donna Goestenkors, CPMSM, President of Team Med Global Consulting, is a healthcare business administrator, consultant, speaker, author and mentor. She has over 38 years of experience in the medical staff services industry and her expertise involves all facets of our business in our many diverse environments. She has authored, co-authored and contributes to numerous industry publications including her most recent credentialing tool, "Gold Standard Credentialing -- Application Verification", and her MSP career development book, The Medical Services Professional Career Guidebook -- Charting a Development Plan for Success. Donna has also served as past President of NAMSS and continues her education work as an instructor and content expert in the development of industry educational products.
