Amy Niehaus, CPMSM, CPCS, MBA, is a Consultant for The Greeley Company. She brings more than 25 years of credentialing and privileging experience to her work with medical staff leaders and medical services professionals.
Niehaus advises clients in the areas of accreditation, regulatory compliance, credentialing, process simplification and re-design, CVO development, credentialing technology, delegation and provides leadership and development training for medical staff leaders and medical services professionals.
Niehaus has a B.S. in Business Administration and a M.B.A. in Business Administration. She has worked in multiple healthcare environments including acute care hospitals, centralized verification organizations and managed care organizations. She is a member of the National Association Medical Staff Services and presents at state and national seminars on a variety of topics related to TJC, NCQA and URAC accreditation standards and survey preparation, managed care credentialing, delegation, and CAQH integration.
